Shipping policy
UK delivery times
We aim to dispatch all ready-jewellery within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. If we’re unable to dispatch your order in this timeframe we’ll give you an estimated despatch date.
Any bespoke orders made specially for you or out-of-stock items for which you have placed an order will take time to create and we will inform you in advance of your purchase when you reach out to us.
In any case, we will always email you with a dispatch date within 24 hours of receiving your order. (This response time applies during our office opening hours, Monday to Friday, 10am – 5pm (excluding national holidays). If you place your order outside of these times we will contact you during the next working day.)
If you have a special delivery deadline in the UK
We will always work hard to meet your special delivery requirements should you have any. Should our estimated delivery time not suit you, please contact us and we will try our hardest to meet your requirements. If we cannot deliver by your special deadline, we will always let you know.
Method of delivery in the UK
For all UK orders we use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This is a secure, insured and speedy method. Once despatched, we’ll email you with information on how to track your order.
Your jewellery is insured during transit. It will require a signature when delivered to the address you gave us.
Please remember to have your order number to hand when contacting us about a delivery.
We are not offering international deliveries at the moment
As governments start to relax international shipping rules, we will review the situation with our shipping vendors in the coming weeks and resume this service. Thank you for your support and please reach out to us if you have any questions.
